On the 21 January the Malta Red Cross Gozo Branch held a simulation session for all volunteers at Xewkija. The simulation consisted in different practical aspects ranging from basic search and rescue techniques to other specialised techniques that required the use of special rope rescue equipment.
The simulation's outcomes where successful. Such simulations can help to modify certain practical aspects, which will certainly lead to other improvements during other simulations or in a real situration.
