After the professional ambulance service carried out at Mater Dei hospital during the migration period from St Luke's Hospital, Mater Dei administration felt the need to use one Gozo Branch ambulance equiped with staff to be used for patient transport or as an emergency first line ambulance.
This ambulance service at Mater Dei has been going on since January on a daily basis.
