Saturday Red Cross Youth Meeting
The Malta Red Cross youth meeting was held as usual at 5pm. Youth leaders, Mr Gordon Grech and Mr Charles Micallef, organized a special meeting which involved the use of an ambulance. Through a practical activity, we had to identify some equipment that is found inside on of the Red Cross ambulances.
With this activity, we have the opportunity to remember where to find the proper equipment in an ambulance in case of emergencies. We as Youth Members can give our share in minor accidents and at the same time training ourselves to become active volunteers in the Gozo branch.
Lastly, all equipment was properly placed where it was and made sure that the ambulance was left as clean as a glass for sanitary reasons.
At the end of our meeting we played a football match.
