The Malta Red Cross Gozo Branch is pleased to announce that this year`s winners of the art competition are as follows:
Ian Xuereb 1st
Jacob buttigieg 2nd
Keith Grima 3rd
In line with the IFRC youth policy, the aim of this competition is to elicit school children to search and learn more about the work of the Red Cross movement both locally and aboard. The art completion is done with close collaboration of the Gozo College.
Youth Red Cross is open to all youths from 8 years onwards. Youth Red Cross meet every Saturday at the Malta Red Cross Gozo Branch Headquarters in Xewkija and their activities covers, first aid, social activities, culture, music, crafts etc. An annual training camp is organized every year.
